METHODOLOGY

The methodology used is clinical teaching applied to legal education, providing a conceptual framework and a methodology that places individuals and communities as holders of rights at the center of the legal problem under discussion and students as protagonists of the teaching-learning dynamic. Clinical education seeks professional training beyond teaching the law, as it focuses on training within a framework of humanist values and social justice. It is an innovative methodology in Brazilian legal education.
